UNLOCK THE POTENTIAL OF YOUR ATTIC

We were excited to take this unfinished attic space and create a nursery suite for the arrival of this couple’s two little bundles of joy! Along with our amazing team of Sub-Contractors, we transformed this previously unused space into a warm and welcoming suite. This complete attic renovation included:

Full bathroom with tiled floor, tiled shower and a double vanity sink
Large walk-in closet
Spacious nursery bedroom
Two zone HVAC, integrated with their NEST system
New finished staircase
Completed painting of walls, ceiling, and trim
Lighting throughout, including recessed LED lights on dimmer switches
Carpet for stairway, closet & nursery

Burr came to remove a shower stall and closet so they could be replaced with a washer/dryer to create a laundry room. It was necessary to install electric power and to rework existing plumbing. The job, including painting of the room and adjacent half bath, was completed inside of a week. The team worked well together, offered suggestions, and answered all questions. We are very happy with our repurposed room!
