We’ve created longstanding, successful relationships with our trusted extended team. This allows us to; get to work quickly and efficiently, follow our proven best practices, cooperatively solve any problems that may arise and most importantly, be the creative team you deserve.

Our kitchen expansion and complete remodel project was large and complex. We started the project working with a renown architectural firm who designed and engineered the technical and structural space. While developing the structural footprint for the expansion, we retained a professional kitchen designer who designed the aesthetic and functional aspects of the kitchen, cabinets and granite working surfaces. We employed Burr Remodeling to build to the specs outlined by our Architect/Kitchen designer team.
The Burr Onsite Team did great work building and installing the structural components including a new cement foundation, roofing and exterior cladding, installation of all framing, structural steel support beams and columns, four sets of French doors and seventeen windows, 500+ sq. feet of new hardwood floor blending with existing, and all cabinets and interior finishes, while also coordinating plumbing, a very complex electrical plan, and eight new appliance installation with subs. The Burr Onsite Team coordinated with their many sub-contractors in building to the architectural engineering and design specifications; homeowner oversight was needed for optimal coordination due to the complexity of the project. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship, dedication to the project and integrity of the onsite Burr team.
Kitchen projects are highly detailed with tight tolerances. Even the smallest details and structural components can have major impact on the design. They always left the workspace neat and clean, were always pleasant and respectful, and worked with us on many details to align finer adjustments to bring the whole design together.
